Hi, I'm Jenny, and I am so glad you are here!

I am an accredited nutritionist and healthy lifestyle advocate. I am passionate about simplifying eating habits to help you live a healthy life.

I love food. I love the social aspect of eating.

Food has always played a role more significant than just nourishment.

My parents were born in Greece, and when they came to Australia, they stayed true to their food values. Food was always fresh. Mum cooked everything from scratch, always wholesome and mostly delicious. Dad kept a year-round garden that was abundant with fresh fruit and vegetables. Food kept the family united. Whether it was dinner each night with my family or the big Greek feast with the extended family, it was always about sharing and connecting with loved ones.

As an adult, these practices inspired me to adopt the same principles in cooking, using fresh ingredients to make simple, tasty and nutritious meals shared with my family and friends.

Like most people, life has thrown me and my family health challenges, which led me to quit my corporate job and study Nutritional Medicine.

Having completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, I now help and guide my family and help others optimise their health and well-being through holistic, personalised nutritional and lifestyle strategies.

As a migraineur, I empathise with clients on the challenges of navigating life while dealing with chronic health issues. It's not easy to eat healthy when dealing with a chronic disease, but I understand how to help you navigate.

I aim to inspire and empower my clients to take charge of their health and build healthy habits for life by providing the necessary tools to support their unique requirements.

I look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals.
